Lesson Studio Policies

Tuition is $92 each month…DUE BY THE FIRST LESSON OF EACH MONTH
– There will be a late fee of $20 for ANY tuition payment not received by the 15th of the month. If there is a problem with this contact me and we can work something out, such, as an alternate payment date.
Our Schedule: There are 10 weeks off each calendar year.
Tuition is averaged over 42 weeks per calendar year.
You are not charged for these scheduled off weeks.
Make-up Lessons: Click to view make-up lesson policy. To receive a make-up lesson students must be in good standing, including tuition.
Prorating Tuition: Full tuition is due each month and make-up lessons are available. Prorating tuition will only be allowed in extreme circumstances and always at my discretion.
Dropping the Lessons: To cancel the lessons you must notify me by the 15th of the month prior to the month of withdrawal. If notification is made beyond the 15th full tuition is still due the following month.
Taking a Break From Lessons: To break from the lessons you must notify me by the 15th of the month prior to withdrawal. If notification is made beyond the 15th full tuition is still due the following month.
To save your class spot, the return months tuition must be paid before departure. -This is non-refundable.
Changing classes: There is a $20 fee for changing your regular class time.
Failure to follow any part of the policies listed above may prohibit you from participating in any or all extra-curricular events, such as, recitals or possibly result in termination of the lessons.
