MAKE-UP LESSONS POLICY

September 2005-June 2006
-Four make-up lessons are permitted during the school year period of September 1 to June 30.
-One make-up per calendar month is permitted. Based on availability, additional make-ups will be billed at $15 per lesson.
-If a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, notification must be submitted in advanced of the scheduled lessons, requests for make-ups must be via e-mail to: mikeslayen@aol.com
-On your e-mail request, please indicate a few choices of date and times in order of your preference (i.e. Monday 3-5 or Tuesday 4-7). I will do my best to accommodate your priority
I teach at Ozzies Monday –Thursday from 2:30-7:30.
-The make-up schedule will be sent out via email on Mondays.
-ALL TUITION MUST BE CURRENT FOR MAKE-UPS TO BE SCHEDULED
-Helpful hint: The more your child practices the more productive a make-up session will be for all students involved.
-Alternatively to make-up lessons I keep track of and can email missed assignments if requested.
